These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the soushigraphics.com website (hereinafter “the Site”), published by Lucas Lenhart, a French sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel) trading under the name SOUSHI Graphics (SIREN 107 056 947, 22 Chemin de Beauvais, 77410 Charny, France).
By browsing the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept all or part of these conditions, please do not use the Site. The conditions applicable to purchases are covered by separate General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Site is accessible free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to any user with Internet access. Costs relating to accessing the Site (equipment, connection) remain your responsibility.
The publisher reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access to the Site for maintenance, updates or service improvements, without notice or compensation. Wherever possible, planned work is carried out during off-peak hours.
Creating an account is required to make a purchase, access your downloads and post a review. Registration requires a valid email address and a password. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Registration is reserved for natural persons aged at least 15 (or with the consent of a legal representative). Each person may create only one account: creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes (circumventing limitations, abusing promotions) is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any use made of your account. Any action carried out from your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
If you lose your password, use the reset function available on the login page. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, report it immediately to soushi.officiel@gmail.com so that the necessary measures can be taken.
You agree to use the Site for its intended purpose: browsing the catalogue, purchasing packs, managing your account and downloads, and interacting with the community. The following are prohibited in particular:
Any breach of these rules may result in the suspension or deletion of the account, without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken.
The Site allows you to post reviews and testimonials. By posting content, you agree not to publish statements that are defamatory, insulting, hateful, discriminatory or contrary to the law or public decency, nor content infringing the rights of third parties (image rights, intellectual property, privacy).
SOUSHI Graphics reserves the right to moderate, refuse or remove any content contrary to these Terms, without notice or justification. Published reviews are subject to approval before going online.
All elements of the Site (design, texts, images, logos, code) and the graphics packs sold are protected by the Code de la propriété intellectuelle (French Intellectual Property Code) and remain the exclusive property of SOUSHI Graphics / Lucas Lenhart.
Purchasing a pack grants a strictly personal licence to use it. Any redistribution (free or paid), resale, public sharing or modification for commercial purposes is prohibited. Full details of the licence are set out in the Terms of Sale.
SOUSHI Graphics makes every effort to ensure the availability and reliability of the Site, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. SOUSHI Graphics cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site or of the packs: data loss, loss of earnings, incompatibility of the packs with the customer’s hardware or software configuration, or malfunctions attributable to third-party services (FiveM, Discord, hosting providers).
The use of graphics mods on third-party servers is at your sole risk and must comply with those servers’ rules. SOUSHI Graphics is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.
In the event of a breach of these Terms (attempted fraud, abuse, redistribution of packs, unlawful content), SOUSHI Graphics reserves the right to suspend or delete the account concerned, temporarily or permanently, after notification by email except in justified emergencies. Deletion of the account does not entitle you to any refund of purchases made, without prejudice to your statutory warranties.
You may also request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to soushi.officiel@gmail.com: the associated data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
SOUSHI Graphics may amend these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect changes to the service or to regulations. Users will be informed of substantial changes by a visible notice on the Site or by email. Continued use of the Site after the new Terms come into force constitutes acceptance of them.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute concerning their interpretation or performance, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For any question regarding these Terms: soushi.officiel@gmail.com.
