The SOUSHI Graphics website (hereinafter “the Site”) is published by Lucas Lenhart, a French sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel) trading under the name SOUSHI Graphics, registered under SIREN number 107 056 947 (SIRET 10705694700016, code APE 6201Z, Programmation informatique, computer programming), whose registered office is located at 22 Chemin de Beauvais, 77410 Charny, France. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms of Sale”) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of digital content offered on the Site: graphics packs, presets and configuration files for the FiveM and GTA V video games, together with the related custom creation services.
Any order placed on the Site implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale. You acknowledge having read them before confirming your order. The applicable Terms of Sale are those in force on the date of the order.
The Site offers exclusively digital products: graphics packs (QuantV configurations, ReShade and ENB presets, color grading files, visual mods), sound packs and related content, designed to improve the visual rendering of FiveM roleplay servers and of GTA V. No physical product is sold or shipped.
Two categories of products are offered. On the one hand, standard packs, available for immediate download after payment. On the other hand, the custom pack (made to measure): a personalised creation service based on your preferences (mood, colours, style), whose characteristics are defined together before production begins.
The visuals, screenshots and videos shown on the Site are for illustrative purposes. The final rendering may vary slightly depending on the hardware and software configuration of your setup (graphics card, monitor, game settings, FiveM version).
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. In accordance with article 293 B du Code général des impôts (French General Tax Code), VAT is not applicable: as a sole proprietor benefiting from the French VAT exemption scheme (franchise en base de TVA), the seller does not charge VAT (statement « TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI »).
Amounts displayed in other currencies (USD, GBP, CAD, AUD) are indicative conversions calculated from fixed rates. Only the amount in euros is authoritative: payment is processed in euros by our payment provider.
Payment is made online, securely, through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted, along with the other payment methods offered by Stripe at checkout. No banking data is stored on our servers: transactions are encrypted and processed directly by Stripe, in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is confirmed.
The ordering process involves several steps: selecting the pack(s) and adding them to the cart, reviewing the order summary (contents, any options, total price), redirection to the secure Stripe payment page, then confirmation. A confirmation email summarising your order is sent to you once payment has been validated.
An order is only final once payment has been confirmed by Stripe. If payment is declined, the order is automatically cancelled. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order of an abnormal or fraudulent nature, or in the event of a previous unresolved dispute with the customer.
Creating a customer account is required to complete a purchase: it gives you lasting access to your customer area and your downloads.
Standard packs are delivered immediately after payment confirmation, exclusively in digital form: a download link (hosted on Google Drive) is accessible from your customer area. No physical shipping takes place.
For the custom pack (made-to-measure creation), the production and delivery time is 3 to 7 working days from validation of the brief with the customer. If the priority order option is purchased, this time is reduced to 48 hours. These times are indicative and may be adjusted by mutual agreement depending on the complexity of the request.

In accordance with article L221-28 du Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By confirming your order and then accessing the download of your pack, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you expressly waive your right of withdrawal. Purchases of digital content are therefore non-refundable once the download has been initiated.
As long as performance has not begun (download not initiated), you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract by sending an unambiguous request to soushi.officiel@gmail.com.
Packs are provided “as is”. They are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity provided for in articles L224-25-12 et suivants du Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code) applicable to digital content. The proper functioning of a pack nevertheless depends on the customer’s hardware and software configuration (graphics card, drivers, FiveM version, other installed mods): compatibility with every specific configuration cannot be guaranteed.
Free technical support is available through the Discord server to help you install and configure your pack. A remote installation service via Parsec is also offered as an option at checkout: I then take care of the installation directly on your PC.
The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the packs, in particular in the event of incompatibility with third-party mods, data loss or sanctions imposed by a third-party server. SOUSHI Graphics is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re: the use of graphics mods is at your own risk and must comply with the rules of the servers you play on.
The graphics packs, presets, configuration files and all content sold on the Site remain the exclusive property of SOUSHI Graphics / Lucas Lenhart. Purchasing a pack grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence, limited to private, non-commercial use.
The following are strictly prohibited: resale, redistribution (free or paid), public sharing of the files, modification for commercial reuse, and making the pack available to third parties in any way. Any breach of this clause exposes its author to legal action under the Code de la propriété intellectuelle (French Intellectual Property Code).
Personal data collected in connection with orders (identity, email, purchase history) is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés). These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. If a problem arises, contact support first at soushi.officiel@gmail.com: the vast majority of situations are resolved amicably.
In accordance with articles L611-1 et suivants and R612-1 et suivants du Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), you may make free use of a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute. The contact details of the competent mediator will be provided on simple request at soushi.officiel@gmail.com. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Failing amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts under the conditions of ordinary law.
