A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, mobile, tablet) by the website you visit. It allows the site to recognise your browser from one page to the next or from one visit to the next: staying logged in, keeping your cart, remembering your preferences.
Alongside cookies in the strict sense, browsers also offer local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage): data kept solely on your device and never automatically transmitted to our servers. For the sake of transparency, this page describes both.
2. Cookies and storage used
SOUSHI Graphics uses a deliberately limited number of cookies and local storage keys, with no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking tools (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel). Here are the details:

The NextAuth session cookies come with technical protection cookies (csrf-token, callback-url) that secure your requests against CSRF attacks. Your choice on the consent banner is also stored locally so it is not shown again on every visit.
3. Third-party cookies
During payment, our provider Stripe places its own cookies (in particular __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid) on its checkout pages. These cookies are essential for transaction security and fraud prevention. They are managed directly by Stripe and governed by its own cookie policy, available at stripe.com.
If Vercel Analytics audience statistics were to be enabled, they would work without any individual tracking cookie: measurements are aggregated and anonymised. No other third-party service places cookies on the Site.
4. Managing cookies
You can configure your browser at any time to block or delete cookies: in the privacy settings of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge, you can refuse all cookies, delete them one by one or clear local storage. Your browser’s documentation explains how to proceed.
Be aware of the consequences: if you block essential cookies, you will no longer be able to log in to your account or complete a purchase. If you clear local storage, you will lose your anonymous cart and your preferences (language, currency, accessibility). Functional cookies only serve to improve your experience: refusing them does not prevent you from browsing the Site.
5. Legal basis
In accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and the guidelines of the CNIL (the French data protection authority), cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the service (authentication, security, cart) are exempt from consent. Local storage data used for your preferences falls under the same regime: it does not track your browsing and never leaves your device.
If non-essential cookies (non-exempt audience measurement, marketing) were to be introduced, your prior consent would be collected via the consent banner before any cookies are placed. To find out more about how your data is processed, see the Privacy Policy.
