All content on the Site (texts, images, screenshots, videos, graphics packs, presets, logos, visual identity, design and code) is the exclusive property of SOUSHI Graphics / Lucas Lenhart, unless otherwise stated. This content is protected by the Code de la propriété intellectuelle (French Intellectual Property Code).
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the publisher. Any unauthorised use will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with articles L335-2 et suivants du Code de la propriété intellectuelle (French Intellectual Property Code).
SOUSHI Graphics is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. The trademarks mentioned (GTA V, FiveM) belong to their respective owners.
The Site is provided “as is”. The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the availability of the service, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors or anomalies. The Site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or causes beyond the publisher’s control.
The Site may contain links to third-party sites (Discord, YouTube, TikTok, partner platforms). The publisher has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability or personal data practices.
The processing of personal data collected on the Site (customer account, orders, security) is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
In accordance with articles L611-1 and R612-1 du Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), every consumer has the right to make free use of a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute with a professional. The Site and this legal notice are governed by French law. Subject to the applicable public policy provisions on jurisdiction, any dispute relating to the use of the Site that could not be resolved amicably will fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Meaux (Seine-et-Marne, France).
